**Ensuring Child Safety and Well-being**:

- Watch over children to keep them safe and supported.
- Follow custom care plans from professionals.
- Plan engaging activities for development and fun.
- Encourage play, creativity, and self-expression.
- Provide varied toys and supplies for engagement.
- Notice children's interests and ideas, and offer feedback.
- Let children express themselves through play.
- Support children with complex needs and their families.

**Supporting Personal Care Needs**:

- Help with dressing, feeding, and hygiene.
- Assist with toilet training and catheterization.
- Do general cleaning tasks like laundry and sanitizing.

**Supporting Behavior Development**:

- Work with teams to implement behavior plans.
- Use strategies to support positive behaviors.
- Spend one-on-one time with each child.
- Adapt activities for all children.
- Ask coworkers for help when needed.
- Implement behavior support strategies.
- Offer engaging activities for development.

**Implementing Therapies and Supports**:

- Carry out therapies as directed.
- Use adaptive equipment in daily activities.
- Utilize available equipment, technologies, and therapies.
- Teach independence to children with complex medical needs.
- Follow individualized therapeutic care plans.

**Work Schedule and Environment**:

- Work Monday to Friday with varying hours (8am-4:30pm).
- Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to chemicals and bodily fluids.
- Use adaptive equipment and technologies.
- Spend time outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment.

**Physical Demands**:

- Handle objects/persons of varying weights:

- Occasionally: ~80 lbs
- Regularly: ~40 lbs
- Continuously: ~25 lbs
- Frequently change physical positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Schedule:
