The opportunity

We are currently hiring for a Part time, Overnight Disability Support Worker to join our team to work in the community of Saskatoon. In collaboration with the management team, the Overnight Disability Support Worker will provide person centered support to ensure the safety and well being of residents throughout the night.

Job Responsibilities:
The primary goal of this position is to actively support participants by:
Ensuring that their wellbeing is upheld throughout the night.

Provide all personal support care as outlined in the support plan.

Ensuring the home environment meets standards for cleanliness.

Ensuring the home is maintained to meet the needs for the following day.

Key components in your role of actively supporting participants include:
Recognizing moments of potential in developing skills and knowledge.
Providing just the right amount of assistance to guide but develop independence as well.
Promoting opportunities for healthy personal choice and decision making.

As a Disability Support Worker, you function as part of a team in demonstrating and ensuring that Individuals are provided personal and social opportunities and options which enhance their quality of life.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
