Your Role Would Involve:

- Facilitating clear communication among team members, ensuring tasks are understood, and prioritizing quality standards.
- Interpreting project plans and organizing weekly schedules collaboratively with the team.
- You are coordinating with subcontractors to prepare sites and ensure smooth operations.
- Acting as the primary onsite liaison for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are

met with professionalism.

What You Need:

- A solid background with at least ten years in site supervising or a foreperson position, preferably in high-end custom home projects.
- Hands-on carpentry experience with a commitment to maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

Joining Our Team Means:

- A competitive salary ranging from $45.00 to $50.00 per hour, for a full-time commitment.
- Guaranteed 40-hour work weeks with benefits including dental and vision care.

Location and Requirements:

- Necessary qualifications include an AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate, ten years of leadership experience, fluency in English, and a valid driving license.
