Your Role Would Involve:

● Facilitating clear communication among team members, ensuring tasks are understood, and prioritizing quality standards.

● Interpreting project plans and organizing weekly schedules collaboratively with the team.

● You are coordinating with subcontractors to prepare sites and ensure smooth operations.

● Acting as the primary onsite liaison for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are

met with professionalism.

What You Need:

● A solid background with at least ten years in site supervising or a foreperson position, preferably in high-end custom home projects.

● Hands-on carpentry experience with a commitment to maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.
