**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to join us. They would play a critical role in leading and managing our board members to ensure the efficient operation of all aspects of the club. This position requires a deep understanding of sports seasons, event planning, administrative tasks, and organizational strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Provide strong leadership to the board, coaches, and volunteers, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the club's programs, operations, and community impact.
- **Board Management**: Coordinate board meetings, agendas, and communications, ensuring that board members are engaged and aligned with the club's mission and goals.
- **Financial Oversight**: Work closely with the Treasurer to develop and monitor the club's budget, fundraising initiatives, and financial sustainability.
- **Program Management**: Oversee the planning and execution of sports seasons, tournaments, and events, ensuring they meet the club's standards and objectives.
- **Community Engagement**: Build relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners to support the club's growth and outreach efforts.
- **Compliance and Governance**: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to the club's bylaws and policies.
- **Volunteer Management**: Recruit, train, and recognize volunteers, promoting a positive volunteer experience within the club.

**Qualifications**:

- **Leadership Experience**: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or sports organization.
- **Sports Management**: Knowledge of sports seasons, event planning, and operational requirements for sporting events.
- **Administrative Skills**: Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse stakeholders.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of volunteers.
- **Passion for Youth Development**: Genuine passion for youth sports, mentorship, and community engagement.
