We are seeking a motivated **Recruitment Agent** to join our team and play a key role in expanding our talent pool of real estate agents. WE are looking for you have a knack for connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy building relationships, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively recruit licensed real estate agents and aspiring professionals through cold calling, networking, and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand staffing needs and create recruitment plans.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Assist in onboarding new recruits to ensure a seamless transition into the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field (real estate recruitment experience is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
- Strong phone presence and comfort with cold calling.
- Proficiency in using CRM and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is an asset but not mandatory.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
