Vitasave.ca is looking for a
**Marketing Coordinator **to join our creative team

**Responsibilities**:

- The Marketing Coordinator will work with our brands to form effective marketing plans based on the agreed budget.
- You will be creating content and scheduling posts on all Vitasave's social media platforms
- They are responsible for ensuring all aspects of the sale and its functionality are working, online and in-store.
- They will liaise with our Accounting team to ensure all invoices are up-to-date with suppliers.
- They will assist the Amazon department to ensure monthly sales target goals are hit.
- Maintaining scheduling of sales 3 months in advance.
- Creating new marketing initiatives through creative marketing processes.
- Having all marketing briefs ready to go on Asana.
- Sending invoices to the Accounts team.
- Creating Asana briefs.
- Uploading, linking and alt texting, testing, and scheduling in Klaviyo.
- Creating coupon codes and testing.
- Coordinating with developers to update the website to support marketing campaigns and promos.

**In-store Marketing**:

- Ordering signage and coordinating with store staff.
- Educate, inspire and excite all store staff about the current sales.
- Educate staff members via Slack on sales.

**Skills**:

- Project management mindset - An effective team member that can see a project thoroughly
- Dependability - must be able to meet deadlines on a consistent basis
- Organized -must be extremely detail oriented and can effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Clear and effective communicator - Excellent communication skills to internal and external individuals
- Experience - 1-2 years experience of Marketing
- Leadership
- Able to lead and manage a team of 3-5 individuals
- Working knowledge of Shopify.
- Passion for Google analytics and analytic reporting.
- Working knowledge of Asana, Slack, Gmail.
- Interest in health and wellness.

**Schedule**:

- 35-40 hours/week.
- Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Work from home options
