The successful applicant will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of marketing projects to increase brand awareness and promote services offered by Odenza Vacations.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration or a related Field.
- Some knowledge of or experience with Photoshop and HTML.
- Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- A positive attitude, solution focused, and the ability to plan and execute campaigns.

**Key responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer trends to identify target audiences and refine marketing strategies.
- Creating engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and social media posts.
- Coordinating the production of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborating with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Assisting with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer appreciation events.
- Assisting with the development and launch of independent contractor programs.
- Educating the travel team on how they can assist with marketing efforts and position themselves as true travel experts.
- Occasionally assisting in the packaging and delivery of marketing materials.
