**Administrative Support Summer Student**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Summer Student. In this role, you will assist our Human Resources and Payroll team with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office during the summer months.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Organizing and filing HR documents and paperwork.
- Scanning and organizing all HR documents to convert to electronic files.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR and Payroll team.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Availability to work full-time during the summer months.
