**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and conduct first-line defense activities, including monitoring trading activities, transaction limits, and margin management.
- Implement risk management duties related to operational, compliance, credit, and technology risks.
- Coordinate the negotiation, drafting, and revision of ISDA, CSA, and other trading agreements.
- Collaborate with compliance, internal control, and business management teams to ensure adherence to Head Office requirements.
- Lead the development and revision of business processes and procedures.
- Perform business analysis, focusing on financial data dimensions.
- Manage departmental documentation.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on risk management and compliance activities.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in banking or the financial services industry, focusing on risk control and business management.
- Strong knowledge of ISDA, CSA, and trading agreements.
- Familiarity with major risk categories in commercial banks and understanding of local regulatory policies.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess financial market risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
