**Job Summary**

This posisiotn administrates, oversights and is responsible for FBB's accounting business and financial management issues, making strategies, business plans, financial budget and capital plans timely, explore the resources reasonably, effectively and efficiently. Also, this position reports and assesses the Bank’s performance referring to the target in the short and long-term to senior management and board, as well as other information users.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Prepare strategies, business plans, financial budget timely, to set up a reasonable performance target, incorporating the variables such as risk factors, capital constraints, liquidity adequacy, efficiency ratio, and other constraints reasonably.
- Prepare performance assessment, reporting to PO, ALMC report, assessing EVA, RAROC/RARWA timely, to support their decision making.
- Monitor and keep FBB indictors compliant, and prepare and return regulatory reports timely, including local regulatory report and parent bank regulatory reports.
- Tax Manage. Assist in setting up and update the Bank’s taxation policies and procedures, and manage income tax, indirect taxes, and other tax issues related to non-residents as well as related parties, accruing tax expense, booking tax assets or liabilities timely and paying tax in time. File tax returns including income tax, and indirect tax.
- Liquidity Management. Setup and update the Bank’s internal policies and procedures, measure, monitor, and forecast the Bank’s liquidity status, test liquidity under appropriate stress scenarios and give action plans if necessary.
- Market risk management, such as interest rate risk and FX risk. Setup and update the Bank’s related policies and procedures, measure, monitor and forecast the interest rate gap and FX exposures to keep them under risk tolerances.
- Monitor and manage the branch's expense, cost, and other resources consumption on a reasonable and compliant basis. Review expense payment and reimbursement referring to the bank's policy and procedures.
- Monitor the banch's GL running well, investigate and manage to resolve any outstanding account balance, accounting issue, and discrepancy in time.
- Cooperate with other staff of the department to share other accounting and financial management businesses.

**Critical Position Requirements**
- University graduate with five years financial management experience and accounting experience with financial institutions in the banking business.
- Sound knowledge and following up the developments in the fields of industrial technology, business, finance, and economic theory.
- Sound knowledge in IFRS or local GAAP, Tax regulations and banking regulations.
- Skillful in assembling spreadsheets and drawing charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports, using computer.
- Skillful in policy-making and writing.
- Priority to certificate holders such as CFA, FRM, CPA, ACCA etc.
- Excellent team player and friendly cooperating with other team members. Good communication with other departments and branches and external relationships.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
