Driver and Warehouse Coordinator

**CLIENT RELATIONS WAREHOUSE & DELIVERIES COORDINATOR**

**Full-Time Permanent Position**

The **Warehouse/Deliveries Coordinator **will report to the Client Services Manager. In this role, you will be expected to support the following as required:

- ** 80% Delivery of products / 20% receiving & admin. **(this will vary depending on season and company work/project)
- Shipping, receiving, organizing the warehouse, tool & product inventory
- Facility maintenance of sites and office/ warehouse
- Installation & calibration of CO2 tanks
- Fleet coordination with Internal Operations Coordinator
- Office general maintenance as per daily, weekly and monthly schedule
- Other projects as assigned by Department Manager, and the President & CEO

Position Summary
- Workday commences at 7:00 A.M. (or otherwise communicated by Manager)
- 40 to 44-hour work weeks, however, during the busy summer season, hours are typically 50+ weekly
- Overtime hours to be pre-authorized/pre-approved by Manager, in writing

**Client Relations**
- Daily meeting with CRC staff
- Delivery/pick up of products - A minimum of six (6) deliveries per day is average.
- Receiving materials and chemicals delivered. Open packages, quality check items, click pictures and document items.
- Decanter chemicals, label, store and update on sage.
- Chemical dispensing
- Installation & calibration of CO2 tanks
- Maintain system for first aid supplies purchased.
- Daily pick up of chlorine jugs from site.
- Shipping, receiving, replenishing stock
- Weekly inventory stock check
- RMA’s

**Operations**:

- Receive and store: uniforms, PPE, garbage bags and bathroom supplies
- Do weekly stocks check of items
- Maintain system for equipment control and maintenance
- Organize & maintain a safe and tidy warehouse and office
- Monthly fire extinguisher checks
- Empty Kitchen & washroom garbage on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and as required
- Keep bathrooms and kitchen stocked with essentials
- Maintain order/organization/tidiness of the supply room (stocking shelves with product, removing empty boxes, and ensuring the floor is cleared of debris)
- Prepare safety bags for new hires, upon the request of the Internal Operations Coordinator
- Maintain SDS lists both in back and in outdoor box.
- Snow clearing and salting
- Miscellaneous office repairs and maintenance (filter replacements, light bulbs, doors, fuses, etc.)
- Miscellaneous landscaping and maintenance of facility as applicable
- Yard mgmt. of goods as applicable
- Vehicle clean outs and maintenance as applicable

**Accounting**:

- Scanning items to inventory in Sage once received as per projects, removing items from inventory and update in Sage once items are delivered to site, as required

**Projects (back-up to Projects Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator)**
- Receive items delivered to SPA.
- Open and quality check items.

**Required Competencies**:

- Must have a **Valid G or** **DZ** **driver’s license & clean driver’s abstract**:

- Forklift certification - Raymond Reach truck
- Experience in warehouse management/coordination required
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Flexible and adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A team player, who can also work efficiently independently
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
