We are seeking a **Finance & Sales Manager** who can lead with integrity, close with confidence, and deliver a seamless customer experience from vehicle selection to final signature.

**Key Responsibilities** Sales:

- Lead front-line sales, customer interactions, and negotiations
- Manage sales targets and performance KPIs
- Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-ins, and value proposition
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert leads into sales

Finance:

- Secure financing and leasing approvals through banks and third-party lenders
- Present financing, warranty, and protection products in a compliant, ethical manner
- Maintain lender relationships and stay current on new programs and rates
- Ensure full disclosure, legal compliance, and documentation accuracy

Leadership:

- Mentor and coach junior sales staff (if applicable)
- Support daily operations and report directly to senior management
- Uphold the Landry Auto brand promise through professional conduct and customer-first focus

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in auto sales is a bonus, but not necessary.
- Proven ability to close deals and secure financing approvals
- Strong understanding of subprime and prime lending
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital retailing, and lead management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- AMVIC or provincial automotive certification is an asset
