**Employment Details**

This is a full-time position with a start date as soon as possible.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparation of source deductions, Employer Health Tax remittances, WSIB premium calculations and union-related remittances
- Preparation of Records of Employment, T4’s and other documents
- Maintaining and updating confidential employee personnel files
- Assisting supervisors and management with payroll related matters
- Tracking of employee vacation requests and other absences
- Periodic account reconciliations for payroll related accounts
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Qualifications**
- Experience and/or education related to payroll, human resources or accounting is considered an asset
- Excellent communicator
- Friendly and professional
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail

**Salary**

Compensation package commensurate with experience and education
