This paid position requires a high-energy, self-directed, deadline-oriented, employee who has exceptional communication skills, organizational skill and is able to maintain the high standards of service for MDRN.

**Minimum 1 year of administrative related experience is required.**

A keen eye for modern clean design would be an asset in maintaining our high standards for aesthetics.

Our company can manage upwards of 500 events per season and the ability to maintain all the information in the file up to date is paramount.

We are a startup with a big company mentality that is growing quickly and looking for awesome and energetic team members to join us.

**Job Type / Category**
- Manage the wedding and small private event client database.
- Work with the senior Event Coordinators to assist as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries, prepare and deliver quotes and proposals and manage communications between clients and MDRN.
- Identify the needs of clients and provide proposals based on their needs
- Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing material as needed
- Communicate directly with clients and answer all inquiries within 3 hours of receiving them (during business hours).
- Follow up with clients in order to close bookings with them.
- Coordinate graphics for events by notifying the team designer or any other assigned person that a template is required to be completed.
- Monitor and manage, invoices.
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiencies of business operations.
- Schedule, direct and assign support staff.
- Attend, execute and manage events as needed.
- Ensure studio is cleaned between sessions
- Manage monthly report pulling
- Execute other tasks as required
- Ability to work Thursday to Monday
- Must have a vehicle

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Administrative experience
- Extremely organized
- Modern clean mínimalist design aesthetic
- Windows 10 knowledge
- Knowledge of all things Apple
- Available during office hours (8:30am-5pm) Thursday - Monday with flexibility to attend events in the evening and weekends if required.
- Experience using any client management software (bonus points if it's Pixifi)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales background would be ideal
- Computer literacy is a must
- Knowledge of using Google Docs, Goole Sheets, Dropbox, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc...

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
