Calling all pet lovers

Global Pet Foods Stittsville is seeking enthusiastic team members to join our team. We are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in pet’s lives, who are outgoing and love interacting with customers.

Your Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Customer service - assisting customers with their pet's needs
- Operating a POS cash system, processing debit, credit, cash, gift cards
- Opening and closing store duties
- Receiving product deliveries and stocking shelves
- Please be advised that lifting of heavy products is required on a regular basis, eg. bags of kibble, weighing approximately 30 pounds, cat litter and crates.

Skills/Characteristics Required:

- Have a love for animals You are genuinely interested in their health, happiness and well-being.
- Energetic with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- A team player who can also work independently and shows initiative
- Previous experience in retail sales and working with animals are assets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

- French not required
