**Summary**

We’re looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to lead our back-of-house team, ensuring top-notch food quality, safety, and smooth kitchen operations. This role is key to delivering an exceptional dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support kitchen team members during shifts
- Ensure consistent food preparation, portioning, and presentation standards
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily prep
- Train and onboard new kitchen staff
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house and management team
- Address and resolve any issues during service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (line cook, supervisor, or similar)
- Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

**Compensation**
Competitive hourly wage based on experience
This position is also eligible to receive tips, which vary by shift and season

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
