**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments.
- Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to meet demand.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Stay updated on current drink trends and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a bartending or similar role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices related to beverage preparation.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations.
