Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks promptly and accurately
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide top-notch customer service
- Verify customers' age to ensure compliance with legal drinking regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area, including equipment sanitization
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, restocking as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation procedures consistently
- Process cash transactions efficiently and operate the POS system with precision
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations

**Experience**:

- Proficient in bartending techniques, including drink mixing and garnishing
- Strong math skills for precise bill calculations and change handling
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is advantageous
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures for smooth payment processing
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance the overall guest experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and commitment to food safety practices
- Comfortable with POS systems for order processing and inventory management
