- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet customers and present menus and daily specials
- Make suggestions based on their preferences
- Take and serve food / drink orders
- Up-sell when appropriate
- Arrange table settings
- Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
- Check products for quality
- Deliver checks and collect payment
- Cooperate and communicate with all staff in a friendly and productive manner
- Support colleagues and staff during busy periods by helping them run food / drinks, time permitting
- Ensure established standards of cleanliness and sanitation are being met, as well as execute daily and weekly cleaning projects
