As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with inquiries, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and providing personalized services that enhance their stay.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and special events.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests.
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries.
- Manage guest feedback and proactively resolve any service-related issues.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality in alignment with CEM Resorts’ brand values.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems and booking platforms is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
