Position Overview:
What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?
- Stock and Inventory Control:

- Oversee all aspects of stock control, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained by conducting regular cycle counts and audits.
- Implement and manage inventory management systems to track stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Operations Management:

- Coordinate and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, with attention to detail and quality.
- Manage and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and workflow.
- Handle promotional packing management, ensuring promotional items are packed and shipped correctly.
- Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, promoting a culture of safety among all team members.
- Oversee forklift operations and ensure all operators are trained and certified.
- Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and efficiency of warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to encourage growth and improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, and inventory levels.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all relevant documentation is stored securely on SharePoint or our server for easy access and reference.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and operations, driving efficiency and reducing costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management, implementing new ideas where applicable.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong skills in stock control, inventory management, and operations management.
- Experience with forklift operation and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
