**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Handle phone calls using professional phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Assist with managing reservations through phone systems and online platforms.
- Address guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest services and hospitality excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.80-$16.80 per hour
