**Parts for Trucks** has been an industry leader providing parts and service to the heavy-duty trucking industry for over 100 years. With operations coast to coast, Parts for Trucks offers a complete range of products and services for all makes of trucks and trailers.
**Details**:
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch including store and warehouse operations, customer service, safety, and facility maintenance.
- Demonstrate effective leadership by empowering performance, giving constructive one-on-one coaching, and building a team atmosphere through positive interactions and effective goal setting.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to facilitate efficient inter-department communication and back counter parts support.
- Maintain regular customer contact and address concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with Outside Sales Representative as needed to better assess and meet customer needs.
- Oversee the training and development for branch staff to meet development needs.
- Facilitate and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including sales reporting, cash handling, inventory, and health & safety.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in a management or leadership role in heavy-duty truck and trailer parts or related industry.
- Comparable experience in an automotive, industrial, or agricultural parts sales business is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and critical thinking skills required.
- Results driven and customer focused.
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Skilled in technology, including experience with Microsoft Office products and inventory control software.
