Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abbotsford, BC. The Branch Manager will lead daily branch operations, oversee staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, driving sales, supervising budgets, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The Branch Manager will also ensure compliance with company policies and identify growth opportunities to support the success of the branch.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
  • Strong sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and expense reporting
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of the waterworks, construction, or related industry is an asset
  • Proficient in using business software tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on-site full time and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
