- We are seeking a Quality Control Analyst to complete routine QC analytical assays and support the development of Aspect’s bioprinted cell therapies. In this role, you will use your collaborative approach and knowledge of analytical assays to provide support and validation of analytical methods. Periodically, you may be requested to assist in cell culture and bioprocessing tasks associated with assay setup or execution. You will also collaborate cross
- functionally on quality tasks such as OOS/OOT investigations, deviations, change controls, and risk assessments.

**What You'll Do**:

- Execute routine QC analytics assays such as ELISA, Fluorescent microscopy, qPCR and other QC Analytics functions as needed.
- Support the transfer of analytical assays into the QC analytics group.
- Participate in laboratory and product excursion investigations (Alert, Action, and OOS/OOT).
- Generate reports and analyze trends from analytical assay results, as needed.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other relevant control documentation.
- Ensure your GMP and job specific training status remains up-to-date.
- Conduct peer review of QC Analytics generated data.
- Contribute to cross-functional team activities as needed.
- Support routine laboratory operations such as equipment cleaning, inventory control, and logbook management.
- Participate in laboratory equipment and method qualification activities.

**Who You Are**:

- ** Education**: BSc in biology, biomedical engineering, experimental medicine, biotechnology, or related discipline.
- ** Professional Experience**:You have 2+ years of hands-on experience conducting analytical assays. Experience with cell culture and aseptic technique will be beneficial but not required.
- **Detail-Oriented**:You have outstanding attention to detail as well as process rigour. You take pride in your work and strive for excellence.
- ** Intellectually Curious**:You have a burning desire to learn more and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
- ** Collaborative**:You thrive in a multi-disciplinary team environment and believe that we can get further, faster by working together.
