**Job description**

If you are a hardworking individual interested in career growth within a fast-paced environment and have experience in mid-rise or high-rise construction we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to complete various construction tasks
- basic carpentry, drywall, demolition, etc.
- Supervise, schedule and manage subcontractors and production staff as required
- Consult blueprints, designs and client instructions for project plans
- Complete required administrative functions essential to the project(s)
- Ability to lead project and ensure efficiency within project team
- Ability to adapt to a variety of commercial, institutional and multi-residential environments
- Ability to show respect and professionalism in all situations
- Available to work scheduled after hours shifts in order to meet the needs of our clients if needed
- Additional tasks as assigned
- Uphold and promote Woodhouse Group internal policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction projects, as well as company and project policies/procedures

**Requirements**:

- Construction or carpentry experience
- Understand and interpret blueprints
- Valid class G driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Complete a police background check
- Supply basic personal carpentry tools

- Site Supervisor: 2 years (preferred)
