Construction Site Lead

We're looking for a hands-on **Site Supervisor** who can do more than just point fingers. This is a boots-on-the-ground position—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a strong technical foundation, and isn’t afraid to jump on the tools when needed. You’ll be running jobs, coordinating trades, and ensuring the project hits deadlines without sacrificing quality.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead on-site construction activities for commercial and franchise projects
- Coordinate trades, deliveries, and inspectors to keep projects on schedule
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specs
- Perform basic carpentry, drywall, or minor finishing work when needed
- Manage site safety, cleanliness, and daily documentation
- Work directly with PMs, clients, and subcontractors to solve problems fast
- Handle change orders, material tracking, and minor site paperwork
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years in commercial construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, finishes, etc.)
- Able to read blueprints and specs confidently
- Organized and proactive - you can’t just babysit a site, you lead it
- Tech-savvy enough to use a phone, take site photos, log dailies, etc.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Bonus Points For:
- Franchise or multi-site rollout experience
- Understanding of permits and inspections in Ontario
- First Aid / Working at Heights certification
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly or salary based on experience

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
