**Office Assistant - Minimal Bookkeeping**
**Responsibilities**
- Answer phones and greet visitors, contractors, etc.
- Maintain office filing system, including scanning documents into computers, updating spreadsheets, and scanning documents into binders.
- Assist with office projects as needed.
- Manage office supplies inventory.
- Order office supplies for distribution to employees.
- Manage company social media accounts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Education & Experience Requirements**
- High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in a construction industry preferred but not required. Experience in a customer service environment preferred but not required. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite preferred but not required.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
