We are looking for an Office Administrator for a multidisciplinary Health Care Clinic in downtown Burlington. We are looking for the following shifts:
Monday 9am-4pm

Tuesday 9:30am-5:30pm

Wednesday 9am-4:30pm

Thursday 9am-5pm

Friday 9am-5pm

START DATE: ASAP - July 17th 2025

Administrative tasks to include but not limited to:
Scheduling patients and clients for appointments and fitness classes, dealing with insurance companies and family physicians, ordering products (bracing, orthotics, supplies), social media presence (instagram, twitter, facebook), managing website/blog/newsletter (wix), clinic/facility duties (eg. cleaning, class setup), run financial report/bookkeeping (knowledge in excel/quickbooks), and most importantly front desk general customer service (check in/out patients/clients, answer questions, promotion of business, classes and advertising).

Assets: Understanding/knowledge of Telus Health direct billing, HCAI (Motor Vehicle Accident Forms), WSIB forms, Mindbody Scheduling software.

Previous experience in a physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage and other health clinics is an asset. Also work experience in fitness administration beneficial.

About our Facility/Clinic

We are a multidisciplinary clinic that will be offering Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Naturopathy, Kinesiology, Personal Training, Pilates, as well as fitness classes throughout the work week. Clinic located in downtown Burlington.
