**About the Role**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and dependable person to join our team as a Design & Sales Assistant. In this support role, you’ll keep the showroom looking fresh and inviting, assist the sales and design team, and help us create engaging, on-brand content for social media marketing.

You don’t need professional experience in furniture or design—we’re happy to train and mentor the right person. But if you love interiors, have an eye for aesthetics, and know your way around Instagram, this is a great opportunity to grow.

This is a support role with room to advance into a full Design Consultant position, including sales and commission as you grow.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and assist the sales team on the showroom floor
- Keep the store clean, organized, and styled with fresh product displays
- Help tag, price, unpack, and restock merchandise
- Assist with styling floor moves and seasonal setups
- Capture in-store photos and videos for Instagram/Facebook Stories, Reels, and posts
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm social content ideas and campaigns
- Contribute to special events, giveaways, or behind-the-scenes stories
- Support design consultations with measurements, layout tools, and product samples

**What We’re Looking For**
- Friendly, positive attitude and genuine passion for interiors
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Physically capable of helping move and style furniture with the team
- Strong visual eye and interest in design, photography, or social content
- Confident using Instagram and/or Canva (or excited to learn)
- Excellent communicator who enjoys teamwork and creative problem-solving
- No experience in furniture sales needed—we’ll teach you what you need to know

**Growth Opportunity**

As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a Sales & Design Consultant role with increased responsibilities, your own consultations, commission earnings, and more creative input on marketing and showroom direction.

**Schedule**
- 25-35 hours per week, with opportunity to grow
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Daytime shifts, with occasional seasonal events or content shoots

**Compensation**
- Starting at $19-$21 per hour, based on experience and contribution
- Bonus opportunities for high-performing content, sales support, customer reviews, and creative initiatives
- Opportunities to earn performance-based pay as you grow into a design consultant role.
