Technical Inside Sales

Key accountabilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers at front counter
- Utilizing product knowledge assist customers with pump selection to provide them with the best solution possible, it’s important to ask all of the required information at initial contact.
- Provide item and service quotations to customers in a timely manner.
- Write up incoming jobs, take photos, and notify customer of pricing and when job is complete
- Process customer orders to completion which includes pricing, picking the order and sourcing additional information if required, accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and sales opportunities to help future growth
- Identify, qualify and capture new accounts
- Identify and implement strategies to improve customer service, quality of service, productivity and profitability
- Prepare shipments, assist with shipping and receiving
- Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and/or job skills
- Assist with purchasing and inventory
- Assist with marketing initiatives, cold calling
- Other duties as assigned

Competencies and Qualifications:

- Communication Skills, oral and written
- Able to multi task
- Detail oriented
- Time Management Skills
- Technically inclined, Pump knowledge an asset

Applicants who have previous experience in the hydronics or pump industry or fields of water treatment, plumbing, heating, electrical motors or Electrical would be a huge asset.

Wage: DOE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
