**Langley Toyota Finance Assistant**

Go Auto is an expanding dealership group that offers its Finance Assistant best-in-class training, jaw-dropping pay plans and clear advancement opportunities.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Assistant is primarily responsible for reviewing and uploading deals, reconciling systems, registering warranties and other administrative tasks.

**Your Duties Will Include**:

- Print dealer reports
- Review deal folders and follow up with business managers for proper documentation
- Ensure all deal files are uploaded into dealership CRM
- Register warranties
- Reconcile internal spreadsheet with dealership CRM system
- Assist with filing documents
- Assist with inquiries from accounting department, dealership staff and warranty partners
- Other duties, as assigned

**What You Bring To The Table**:

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- An easy going and friendly personality
- Team oriented and a willingness to work with others to get the job done
- Experience with Microsoft Office and/or CDK an asset
