Our team is looking for a project manager/estimator for our framing division at Cutting Bros. Inc. in Port Carling, Muskoka.

A family of fourth generation carpenters, the Cutting Bros. are well known in the area as some of the best conventional and timber framers, and we are looking to bring in a fresh face to our team. We are thriving and there is always plenty of room for movement and growth here for the right person.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge of wood frame construction
- Qualification in project management or equivalent is an asset
- Experience an asset
- Interpret plans/drawings/pictures to estimate the job scope
- Strong client communication, team work, collaboration and problem-solving skills required
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in MS office

**Major Responsibilities**
- Management of schedule for framing crews
- Interpret plans/drawings/pictures to estimate job scope and provide a detailed quote or budget
- Communicate with clients about the job and the schedule for the project
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and work with mínimal supervision
- Anticipate/manage multiple and changing priorities, be flexible and able to shift priorities as needed to with day to day changes

- $28 to start (Negotiable based upon experience)

**Job Type**
