As part of the preparatory work (personal insurance) for the upgrade, this mandate consists of documenting and conducting an archeological review of the insurance underwriting process in several different dimensions (business rules, tasks, communication, reporting, document management, etc.).

The objective is to review and simplify the current business practices to ensure the success of the upgrade and not to repeat all the complexity accumulated over the years.

Our client is currently looking for a business analyst to participate in this documentation work. At the same time, you will be called upon to participate in a second mandate to develop simplification recommendations.

Once the preparatory work is completed, you will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge by participating in the design and implementation phase of the modernization work.
- Facilitate and ensure the smooth running of workshops with business experts;
- Document the current situation (business needs and requirements) to ensure its use for subsequent phases of modernization;
- Synthesize the current situation for presentation to management;
- Support the process architecture advisor in process mapping;
- Work closely with the content leader to develop recommendations for simplification;
- Be responsible for the alignment of the solution with business objectives and business needs;
- In collaboration with the areas impacted by the simplification recommendations, identify and analyze the impacts of the solution on the organization's operations and business area, including service delivery to members and customers.

Does this sound like you?
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or other;
- Autonomy, leadership;
- Communication with teams in French and English. Level expected:
