**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking an IT business analyst who will have the unique opportunity to join a 180-person team distributed across several departments: IT Delivery - Corporate and Business Solutions, IT Support, Infrastructure, Architecture, and the project office. The incumbent will be an integral part of the Windows business solutions team. You will participate in projects related to the supply chain as well as maintenance procedures for basic entities, primarily in a Windows environment. We are looking for a first-class collaborator who will be able to understand and integrate our business needs and translate them into functional specifications. In collaboration with the IT development team, you will help develop strategies and play an active role in their implementation.
The IT business analyst’s responsibilities include the following:
- Evaluate, analyze, and document current and future business needs and processes
- Carry out design analyses and activities that aim to translate business objectives according to system requirements
- Design and document specifications for system changes
- Create user documentation for tools and solutions
- Participate in tests related to these stages
- Provide advanced user support and subsequent training
- Establish and maintain a high level of interaction with customers to provide effective solutions and meet the division’s requirements
**Qualifications**:
To join our team, you need:
- University degree in computer science or other
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience as a business analyst
- A good understanding of business processes and models, including best practices and workflows
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and CRM systems, and the Microsoft Legacy and Power Apps systems
- Fluency in French and English, spoken and written (essential)
- Ability to understand and translate business needs at both the procedural and technical level
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team spirit
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and simplify complex issues
- Customer-focused and results-oriented attitude
