You will be a member of an Automotive Sales team that work together to achieve the

same goals. You must be confident in your abilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective

communication and follow-up and various social media posts.
- Conduct sales activities, assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact

to vehicle delivery
- Utilize phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers and address their

inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales

strategies
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively sell

vehicles
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely

manner

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales
- Finance experience not required, but great to have
- Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow-up activities, and paperwork
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with

customers and colleagues

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year with plenty of opportunity to grow, we do not want

people who want to only make $80,000, $100,000 a year is easily attainable
