Trans Global Service (TGS) is the service organization of the LFL Group. With more than 300 team members across Canada, we provide appliance and furniture repair & installation services for customers of LFL Group’s retail banners as well as for a wide range of manufacturers and extended warranty providers.

The
**Installation Care Centre Supervisor** provides leadership and direction to both front-line and support staff. This position requires strong communication and team-building skills to foster and maintain a positive and productive work environment with high service standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, hire and develop high-performance staff through coaching, goal setting and regular performance appraisals.
- Relentlessly pursue first contact resolution for both our internal and external customers
- Comfortable with managing the financial and operational aspects of the team.
- Take the lead on escalated customer service issues and offer fair, creative, and cost-conscious solutions.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, promoting teamwork and mutual respect.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy with mínimal errors.
- Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with all Trans Global Service policies & procedures.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Bilingual language skills (English & French) are an asset but not a requirement.
- Previous experience in a call center environment required.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient PC and keyboarding skills (Word, Excel, Outlook/Webmail)
