Technical Support Representative

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team.

This position is based from our head office in Mississauga, ON with regular travel to customer location in city or occasionally out of city.

- You are a highly skilled professional, helping a user with PC issues is a waste of your precious time.

- A good understanding of Microsoft Windows and networking.
- Experience working with cloud based system like Microsoft 365.
- Fluency in multiple languages.

**Examples of things you will do**:
- Preconfigure hardware for project deployments.
- Configure Microsoft 365 accounts and services.
- Assists with upgrading client devices.
- Review reports and logs to find issues.
- Investigate problems and incidents.
- Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot / install / configure equipment.
- Be part of the on-call rotation (once you are ready, not more than one week per month).
**What you must provide**:
- A college degree in Computers, network, security, or a CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
- A strong knowledge of the Windows Operating System and PCs in general.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in non technical terms.
- A can-do attitude.
- A willingness to learn new things.
- A drive to help people.
- A valid Canadian driver licence.
- Access to a car during business hours.
- The ability to travel via land or air across Canada on an occasional basis (under 20%).
**Other things we like**:
- Experience working as part of a Service Desk.
- Other IT certifications.
- Experience with RMM tools.

**Our hiring process**:
We use standardized blind testing. What it means: everyone who applies will get a link to our online testing (Criteria Assessment Center; it takes about 20 min to complete), we get the results of the tests with no names / gender / age /Based on the test results, we decide who will be moving to the next step: the interview. We interview a select number of people and hire at least one.
Pay: $48,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
