Turnip Smart Security is searching for a vibrant and positive person to join our customer service team The full time hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5PM.

As a Customer Care Representative with Turnip, you will work in tandem with various departments to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven customer support experience
- Excels in fast paced environments
- Self starter with the drive to execute tasks quickly and efficiently
- Proficient with computers and fast with learning new software programs
- Strong and clear phone communication and active listening skills with the patience to provide excellent customer service to persons of all ages.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Compassionate and friendly communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

**As a CSR for Turnip Home, your role includes but is not limited to the following**:

- Client Acquisition & Retention
- Assist with the on-boarding of new clients by performing credit checks, welcome calls, adjusting agreements, and scheduling jobs
- Reach out to customers in non-payment status to ensure all client accounts remain in good standing
- Monitoring and responding to customers through instant talk platforms

Starting wage for this position is $16/hour with additional work volume perks and incentives.

**Salary**: $16.00 per hour
