We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Audit to join our Risk Management team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Risk and Audit, you will be responsible for gathering data and assessing compliance across our stores. In this role, you will perform on-site audits, analyze business processes, and discuss findings with Store Managers to help drive operational excellence. Your work will directly support the internal audit function by identifying areas for improvement with Senior Auditors.

You will be responsible for:
- Performing on-site audit procedures, including interviews, operational observations, and transaction testing.- Gathering and analyzing data to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.- Reviewing records, reports, and documentation to identify potential risks and inefficiencies.- Discussing audit findings and recommendations with business leads (e.g., Store Managers) and providing support for corrective actions.- Preparing audit documentation and summaries for Senior Auditors to review.- Assisting in follow-up activities to assess the implementation of corrective actions.

You have:
- A post-secondary education in business, e-commerce, finance, or a related field, is considered an asset.- A CPA and/or CIA designation or working towards it.- A minimum of 1 year of experience in internal auditing.- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.- A strong understanding of audit processes and practices.- A valid driver's license and vehicle, with the ability to travel to store locations on an as-needed basis.

- Organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written.- Capable of handling sensitive information with tact and confidentiality.- Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to analyze data.

Compensation Details:
$81,920.00 - $102,400.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
