**Job Summary**:
The Clinical Supervisor has the responsibility for providing clinical supervision to Purpose staff who provide clinical counselling and other mental health and crisis support services. This position will also collaborate with the management team to develop staff training plans and facilitate professional development opportunities.

**Duties**:

- Provides monthly individual clinical supervision to assigned employees. Additional supervision support may include group supervision, consultation, and debriefing.
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring provision of high-quality, competent, client-centered mental health services, delivered in an ethical and professional manner.
- Collaborates with Program Directors and Coordinators to address areas of concern and/or identify professional development needs.
- Prepares and/or facilitates staff training on topics such as mental health support, trauma informed practice, self-care, etc.
- Coordinates with assigned employees to develop work schedule based around varying staff schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree or higher in Counselling, Social Work, or related field.
- Minimum of five years post-graduate clinical experience, including practical experience working with marginalized communities, providing counselling to individuals (children, youth & adults), couples, and families.
- At least one year of recent supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of crisis support and intervention, and various therapeutic modalities such as emotion-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Must be registered with a professional/regulatory body (e.g., BCCSW, BCACC, CCPA). Current certification, or designation as a Clinical Supervisor preferred.
- Well-developed interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Must be organized, with excellent time management skills.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including some evening and/or weekend hours.
- Hybrid position requires some in-person days in New Westminster, along with some remote days.
- As a condition of employment all employees must pass a Criminal Records check.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
