Upper Edge is a 25 year old and dynamic property management company looking for skilled, reliable and professional trades to join our list

We manage over 700 properties and growing (mainly single family homes, some multifamily) and have a need for:

- turnovers (repairs, patching, painting)
- HVAC and Plumbing repairs, large jobs, boilers, etc
- large renovations, including entire apartment block rehabs, flipping of homes, secondary suite conversions, finishing basements

We're looking for painters, framers, renovations, drywall install and/or repair, window and door install/repair, roofing, small rent ready/suite turn over repairs or finishing, carpentry, cleaning, pest control, locksmith etc.

**What We Need From You**:
You must carry liability insurance, operate a professional business, take responsibility for sub-trades and supply your own tools, materials and transportation.

**What You Will Receive From Upper Edge**:
Because Upper Edge doesn't own these properties, we ensure we receive the money from our client, into our trust account BEFORE we authorize you to proceed We pay our contractors every Friday, so you will be better able to effectively manage your materials and staffing costs.
