**Responsibilities**:
Product Expertise & Support
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the AcuPanel and submetering panel product lines.
- Respond to inquiries regarding electrical configurations, CT compatibility, breaker options, and communication protocols.

Documentation & Technical Communication
- Create and maintain technical documents, including datasheets, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and user manuals.
- Work with marketing to ensure product literature, website content, and promotional materials are technically accurate and up-to-date.
- Translate technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly explanations.

Product Development & Engineering Collaboration
- Collaborate with the production teams to define panel specifications and ensure manufacturability.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and design reviews, providing input based on customer and market feedback.
- Support the validation, testing, and certification process for new panel configurations.

Market & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct ongoing benchmarking of competitor products, features, and pricing.
- Identify new opportunities for custom panel configurations or value-added features based on market demand.
- Provide product performance feedback and recommendations to the Product Manager.

Sales Enablement & Training
- Deliver technical training and presentations for internal sales, distributors, and customers.
- Assist in preparing quotations, panel configuration forms, and customer proposals for large or custom projects.
- Support sales in interpreting drawings, specifications, and RFP documents.

Cross-functional Coordination
- Liaise between Sales, Engineering, and Production to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Track project progress, manage documentation updates, and provide timely technical responses.
- Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
- Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
- Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.

**Qualifications:**
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- experience in electrical panels,, submetering, or energy monitoring systems.
- Solid understanding of electrical schematics, panel wiring, current transformers (CTs), and energy metering principles.
- Knowledge of UL/CSA standards for power distribution panels and electrical assemblies.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools preferred.
- Experience with Modbus, BACnet, or Ethernet-based communication is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across engineering and commercial teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

**Preferred Assets:**
- Hands-on experience with industrial automation, HVAC systems, building management systems (BMS), or renewable energy monitoring.
- Familiarity with project documentation, including wiring schematics, panel layouts, and as-built drawings.
- Prior exposure to energy metering hardware, IoT devices, or protection relays.
