**PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS & OBJECTIVES**

SKU Management:

- Set up SKU’s in SAP for new Samples and New Arrivals going into the warehouse line
- Set up SKU’s for Direct Container items
- Request spec information on all new products from factories
- Gather and enter all detailed spec information (between 100-125 fields to fill in for each SKU depending on item)
- Gather and enter all pricing (Warehouse price 1, price 2 and DC)
- Make necessary changes to set the product up for all the price lists.
- Requests new product names from the Marketing Team and enter into SAP
- Ensure all fields are updated for all current product as necessary and monitored for accuracy
- Note any changes to a SKU on the Master List and provide updates and corrections at the end of every month to e-Commerce Manager
- Assist Operations Manager with warehouse and DC price lists, ensuring all items are correctly listed, prices are accurate and no information is missing
- Gather lists of new needed UPC codes and send to Operations Manager for processing
- Gather lists of new needed HS codes to send to UPS for processing
- Enter HS Codes into SAP once received back for UPS
- Gather lists of new arrivals that need shipping methods (Courier item
- yes/no) and give to CRS-Team Lead for processing
- Update shipping methods in SAP once information received from CRS-Team Lead
- Update each SKU with Romance Copy once received from the Marketing Team
- Manage and send out regular updates on all discontinued items lists to all Sales Reps and staff

Other Tasks:

- Update factories of any new label requirements and approve/disprove labels
- Examine and approve assembly instructions from factories
- Order replacement parts for the Claims department from the factories
- Inform factories of defects in products based on information from the Claims department and work out a resolution to the problems
- Proof read and edit for accuracy all new catalogues being produced
- Proof newly photographed items for colour accuracy
- Find efficiencies in processes with product processing
- Ensure orders are placed with various factories for warehouse swatches in the line
- Set up warehouse swatches in SAP with names and codes
- Other responsibilities and accountabilities as assigned by the Director of Product Development

**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- College Diploma and/or University Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of previous Data Entry experience
- Computer Skills - Microsoft office, Adobe illustrator
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
