**Role Summary**:
This person will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications and will focus on generating quality leads and building brand awareness by accurately communicating the value we bring to the market. This person will also play a leading role in internal cross-functional projects where quality communication is critical. In the role of Marketing Coordinator, you will be joining a world-class corporate team that is delivering innovative solutions to tough problems.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare project briefs and concepts to enable outsourcing to specialty contractors (graphic design, video, photography)
- Read and summarize technical reports to repurpose in marketing collateral
- Create and publish a weekly internal newsletter
- Manage updates on our employee intranet
- Manage content creators to ensure they meet required timelines
- Create product brochures and specification sheets in collaboration with various internal SMEs
- Document service offerings for external audiences
- Source swag and promotional materials
- Organize participation in key industry events and conferences
- Ensure quality and consistency of branding, messaging, and overall display
- Update social media on a regular basis
- Provide management with quarterly updates on website analytics and performance
- Other duties as assigned

**You have**:

- College diploma (preferred)
- 2+ years marketing experience in a professional setting
- Strong grasp of English language
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate level layout design skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Excellent organization
- Ability to tailor messaging to both internal and external audiences
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and delegate as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Expertise in InDesign/Adobe suite (preferred)
