**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, directing and coordinating all accounting operational functions
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate

accounting of consolidated results
- Coordinating and preparing internal monthly and annual financial statements
- Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
- Managing the budget process
- Managing job costing, work-on-hand and reporting with project managers
- Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and

implementing new processes
- Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
- Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed
- Coordinating activities with external auditors

**Requirements**:

- CPA Designation
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of job costing and work on hand
- Knowledge of accounting standard for private enterprises
- Bilingual: English and French
