Sales Trainee

_Elev8 Marketing Alliance_ is growing at tremendous rate and is now hiring outgoing and motivated _Sales Trainees_ to join our expanding sales team We need relentless, future-focused leaders looking for an opportunity to immerse themselves in a culture of growth, entrepreneurship, and professional development.

In this role, our _Sales Trainees_ will build key customer relationships, recognize upselling opportunities, generate referral transactions, close sales, and drive profit margins on behalf of our clients.
- Sales Trainee will:_
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a central point of contact to respond to prospects’ questions and inquiries
- Provide excellent consultative sales support and solutions to potential and existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities, make initial contact, and build rapport
- Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
- Work closely with senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management techniques

**Salary**: From $660.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
