Pastry Chef

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for production plans according to sales orders, arranging and managing personnel, materials, equipment, and other aspects.
- Responsible for management of the production process, implementing quality and safety control measures Food Safety established by the company and ensuring product quality and safety.
- Responsible for warehouse management of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and packaging materials, making procurement requests according to the production plan, labeling and managing warehouse materials for inventory control, and ensuring the smooth implementation of production plans.
- Responsible for conducting regular maintenance of equipment and facilities, preventing equipment failures, to ensure efficient operations.
- Responsible for safety management during the production process.
**Main Requirement**:
- With 2 years or more experience in Bakery production facility.
- Expertise in recipe development, menu innovation, and pastry production.
- Can work continuity and under pressure.
- With strong learning ability.
- Good teamwork spirit.
- With working passion in Bakery.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to speak Chinese is an asset.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
