Fior Di Latte is currently seeking experienced Pastry Cooks to join our team

As a Pastry Cook at Fior Di Latte, you will report directly to our Pastry Chefs and be responsible for working either in-store or at our commissary kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
- Decorate pastries and cakes using various techniques, such as piping, glazing, and icing.
- Ensure that all food preparation and baking processes are carried out in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Package finished products for display or sale.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely production of pastries.

**Skills**:

- Experience working in the food industry, preferably in a pastry or bakery setting.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and baking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure the highest level of sanitation and cleanliness.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and consistent quality in pastry production.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff members.
- Customer service skills to provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour
